If you follow me on FB, Instagram or Snapchat (supersizemyfash) you would have seen that two weeks ago, I was invited by Zizzi to come to Hamburg for an special ambassadors day. I am proud and honored to be one of the Zizzi ambassadors, there a currently six of us, but unfortunately, two couldn't be there. Nevertheless, we had so much fun! It was a very long day for all of us but we made it work!
4.00 AM:
I had to get up waaaaay early to catch my 7.15 flight from Amsterdam to Hamburg, luckily it was only a one hour flight :)
8.30 AM:
After arrival at the Hamburg airport I waited for the lovely ladies Ditte and Emmi, and we took off to the Hamburg Fashion Center to meet up with Cécile and Henriette from Zizzi for our photoshoot.
We did a shoot for the new edition of The Curvy, Zizzi's own magazine, which will be published in August. All the ambassadors will be personally introduced to you :)
10.30 AM:
After arrival in the Hamburg Fashion Center, we were welcomed by Henriette and her team with a wonderful breakfast, and treats they brought with them from Denmark, it was absolutely delicicious!
We were also presented with some new styles for upcoming seasons, including the news that there will also be a Black Label collection for Spring and Summer 2016! We got the very first peek at some of the items, but unfortunately we're not allowed to share it yet. But trust me, it's gorgeous!
11.00 AM - 6.00 PM:
Shooting time! We shot three looks in total, the first was a casual tanktop en jeans look. The second look was featuring the beautiful items from the new Zizzi Black label, I will share the lookbook soon!
The third look was of us in the same dress (pictured above) and we had so much fun. I do have to admit that my admiration for professional models has grown enourmously. Being a model is hard! :) I've done shoots before but this reminded me again.
The make up artist did an excellent job I might add. I don't like my make up to be too overdone but this was perfect.
After a day filled with hard work, we got to the hotel to check-in and get settled. The hotel was gorgeous (I gave a quick room tour on Snapchat). We had dinner together in the hotel's restaurant, the Meatery, and honestly, it was the best meat I ate in a while!
The morning after we walked around in Hamburg before getting back to the airport to catch our flights.
I will be able to share more pictures with you after The Curvy is out, in August. I'm very grateful for this experience, thanks for taking such good care of us Zizzi!
