And here we are, down to the last day of 2014. What a year it was for me.
It was a year filled with blessings, in which I achieved a couple of things (blogging wise) that I feel so thankful for.
The year started of great with my fashion journalism classes that started in January until March. I've learned a lot and it enabled me to visit Amsterdam Fashion Week for the first time! It was so much fun and if you would love to get a few pointers too, I'd suggest you sign up, they're starting a new course in January again!
Another big thing for me was to be featured in a six page spread in Grazia magazine, a dream come true. Later that year I was also featured in a Belgian magazine.
February was the month that I visited Copenhagen, Denmark for the first time ever. I was blessed to be invited by Zizzi to attend their blogger event and fashion show. I also went a second time in August and in a few weeks I will be visiting them again in Berlin! Zizzi really holds a special place in my heart and I feel honored to collaborate with such a great and warm brand.
Well, speaking of Zizzi, this has also been the year that I can officially call myself one of their brand ambassadors! I look forward to working more with them in 2015. I am also this year's ambassador for JUNAROSE, together with a set of other lovely bloggers.
On a personal level, the year had ups and downs, with some struggles. BUT! All is well now. Highlight of my year was my husband and I, celebrating our 10th anniversary, and still going strong. I am thankful for him and our beautiful daughter.
In this last post I would like to take the opportunity to express my gratitude to:
- My husband
- My family for all their support
- My fellow bloggers and friends
- Everybody who takes the time to read my blog and for their support
- Other brands for sponsoring: IGIGI, Asos Curve
And above all, God, for blessing me in a tremendous way, and for showing me that all will be well if you just put your trust in Him.
I wish you all a Happy New Year, filled with blessings and love. See you in 2015!!
